Green Peak Gear is a Community Interest Company that supports the BMC Access and Conservation Trust (ACT). In other words our profits are donated to ACT rather than being paid to shareholders as dividends.
In addition to supporting ACT we will also be giving a portion of the gear that we collect to other organisations with a strong community commitment that can make use of the gear for something other than its original purpose. In return for this we will be asking for – though not insisting on – a donation to Green Peak Gear to cover the cost of collecting, storing and distributing the gear.
